KYN28-24(Z) series alternating-current metal-clad and metal-enclosed with drawable switchgear(hereinafter referred to as “switchgear”) is a complete set of power distribution unit of three-phasesingle bus and single bus section system of 20kV and AC50(60)Hz.
This switchgear is mainly applicable to power plants, power transmitting of middle and small sized generators,distribution of industrial and mining enterprises, electricity receiving and transmitting of secondary substations,as well as starting of large high-voltage motors, etc, realizes control protection and monitoring.
KYN28-24(Z) series AC metal-clad and metal-enclosed withdrawable switchgear is a complete power distribution unit for three-phase single-bus and single bus-section systems at 20 kV and AC 50/60 Hz. The vacuum circuit breaker rides a mid-mounted truck that rolls between operating, test, and withdrawn positions inside grounded metal-clad compartments — a breaker is serviced or replaced without opening busbar connections or adjacent panels.

Feature of Removable AC Metal Clad Switchgear
- The busbar adopts heat-shrinkable insulating material or epoxy-coated insulating means to optimize the electrode shape so that the cabinet structure is compact and the floor space is reduced.
- The cabinet is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates and imported aluminum-zinc coated plates, which are formed by CNC sheet metal processing and are connected by high-strength bolts, nuts, and rivet nuts.
- Insulation boards are installed in the busbar room, handcart room, and cable room in the cabinet, and the insulation level is greatly improved.
- Can be configured with domestic VS1-24 vacuum circuit breaker or Schneider’s VH4 or Alstom FP series sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker to meet the needs of different users.
- The combined valve can be opened flexibly. As the circuit breaker is pulled out, the valve will be automatically closed and forced to lock, preventing the danger of accidentally touching high voltage.
