XGN Fully Sealed And Fully Insulated Inflatable Ring Network Switchgear
XGN-12/24 (V, C, F) series fully sealed and fully insulated inflatable ring network switchgear (hereinafter referred to as inflatable cabinet) is a completely sealed system, with all live parts and switches sealed in a stainless steel shell
XGN-12/24 (V, C, F) series fully sealed and fully insulated inflatable ring network switchgear — the gas cabinet — is a completely sealed system in which all live parts and switches are enclosed in a stainless steel shell. That hermetic construction makes the family immune to dust, moisture, condensation, and small animals, and sizes it for compact substations, box-type units, and cable distribution rooms where floor space and reliability dominate the specification.
We configure inflatable ring cabinets to your ring topology — V units (vacuum breaker), C units (load switch), and F units (combined protection) arranged per the one-line diagram — then test and document them before shipment. Production runs on fifteen years of assembly practice and 4,000+ delivered projects, with fabrication and wiring kept in-house.

Feature
The load break switch used is a separate unit, inside filled with SF6 has as insulation medium, wren aisunguisnea teachers of long service nte, sign parameters, tree of position and little maintenance;
The enclosure consists of premium Aluminum zinc-coated sheet steel, which makes it anti-corrosion, anti-oxidation, more artistic, and novel in structure;
Spring charging operation, three-phase tree trip, five-proot interlock, and operation meth animism as a whole, safe and reliable linkage;
The ring main unit can easily form a ring network power supply unit or other forms of wiring, and enjoy great extendibility;
SF6 load break switch is used with safe and reliable comprehensive properties, free of oil and poison as well as risks of explosion or fire disasters.
The design would be used as a combined cabinet along with KYNzB-iz(GZSI) central-in-stalled switchgear.
Technical Parameters
Compact design: Contain more function units with less space.
Strong versatility for structure, flexible assembly. C type bar section of 25mm modulus can meet the demands of various structures and types, protection grades and operating environments.
Adopt standard module design, can be combined into protection, operation, transfer, control, regulation, measurement, indication, etc such standard units. Users can choose assembly according to requirements at will. A cabinet structure and drawer unit can be formed with more than 200 components.
Fine security: Adopt high-strength antifoaming type engineering plastic pack in large quantities to effectively enhance the protective safety performance.
High technical performance: Main parameters reach the advanced level at home.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does fully sealed and fully insulated mean in practice?
Every current-carrying part lives inside the welded stainless shell in a controlled insulating atmosphere — no dust, humidity, or condensation reaches it, so performance does not degrade in harsh rooms or unattended sites. It is the same philosophy that makes gas-insulated switchgear compact and reliable at higher voltages.
How do V, C, and F units combine in a ring scheme?
C units switch the ring itself, F units protect the transformer tee-off through combined switch-fuse duty, and V units add vacuum breaker protection where fault duty or automation calls for it. A typical bay stacks two ring positions plus one tee-off; the exact mix follows your one-line diagram.
Inflatable (gas) cabinet or air-insulated construction?
Gas-filled units buy compactness and environmental immunity with a sealed-for-life switch; air-insulated cabinets offer touch-and-see simplicity and easier field modification at a larger footprint. Compact substations and harsh sites lean inflatable — our AIS vs GIS guide sets out the trade-offs.
Which standards apply?
GB 3906, corresponding to IEC 62271-200 for metal-enclosed MV switchgear. We design to this framework, and routine test documentation ships with every unit.
