For outdoor or washdown installations, confirm the complete gland-and-enclosure assembly rather than relying on a gland label alone.
Documentation
The panel package should identify gland type, size, cable range, material, entry location, bonding or shield responsibility, and installation instructions. If the cable is supplied by another party, document the interface and the acceptable cable range.
