GTXGN Painel de distribuição de rede em anel com isolamento sólido
GTXGN-12/24 series solid insulated ring network switch cabinet is the main unit switch of solid composite insulated ring network used in medium voltage distribution network.
New environmentally friendly materials Vacuum arc extinguishing Direct-acting isolation switch
GTXGN-12/24 series solid insulated ring network switch cabinets are the main switch units of solid-composite-insulated ring networks in medium voltage distribution — vacuum arc interruption and a direct-acting isolation switch encapsulated in new environmentally friendly insulating materials. No position in the cabinet depends on gas insulation, which makes the family the natural answer where environmental rules or corporate policy restrict SF6 equipment.
We build solid-insulated ring cabinets to your network configuration — unit arrangements, cable positions, and automation options assembled under the same quality system that has delivered 4,000+ projects since 2010, with in-house CNC fabrication, wiring, and testing through to shipment.

Perguntas mais frequentes
Solid insulation or gas-filled construction for a ring main unit?
Solid insulation seals the switching function in cast insulating material — no gas inventory to monitor, no pressure alarms, and no SF6 accounting; gas-filled cabinets remain more compact per bay and are the long-proven route. Both meet GB 3906 / IEC 62271-200; the choice follows site conditions and environmental policy.
What maintenance does a solid-insulated unit need?
The encapsulated vacuum interrupter and disconnector are essentially maintenance-free over long intervals; service work concentrates on mechanisms, interlocks, and cable connections, which remain accessible. We provide the inspection schedule with the delivered units.
Does the direct-acting disconnector give a visible isolation position?
It gives a defined, indicated isolated position driven by a straight-line operating mechanism — the position indication is engineered for the switching sequence it serves. For supply-isolation procedures, follow the operating instructions delivered with the cabinet.
Which standards apply?
The cabinets are designed to GB 3906, corresponding to IEC 62271-200 for metal-enclosed MV switchgear. We reference the standards in design and deliver test and routine documentation with each unit.
