Treat the cable entry as part of the enclosure design
A carbon-steel enclosure with bottom cable entry must balance material and coating, gland or plate arrangement, bend radius, drainage, grounding, internal layout, and service access. The bottom entry should be defined with the equipment and installation, not added after the box is selected.
