Condition and environment
Record enclosure damage, corrosion, door and seal condition, condensation, dust, water ingress, cable-entry condition, mounting, labels, and signs of overheating. Compare observations with the selected product documentation and site requirements.
Service records
Track panel ID, inspection date, responsible person, findings, photographs, parts changed, drawings affected, and follow-up owner. Any modification should trigger a controlled drawing and as-built review.
