Match components to the sequence
HVAC control-panel components typically include a controller, control power, terminals, relays, starters or drives, HMI or network interfaces, and field instrumentation. The required set depends on the equipment sequence and responsibility boundary.
Component groups
| Group | Planning role |
|---|---|
| PLC or controller | Executes modes, interlocks, and alarms |
| Starters, drives, or relays | Controls motors, valves, and actuators |
| Sensors and terminals | Connects temperature, pressure, flow, and status points |
| HMI/BMS/SCADA interface | Exposes commands, trends, and alarms |
| Power, protection, and enclosure | Supports safe distribution, heat, access, and service |
